Job Introduction
Are you passionate about improving Supertram's Service Delivery and supporting passenger growth for our Network? We are introducing an exciting new role as Network Manager that will be based at the heart of our operations in the OCC. Driving real time performance, safety compliance and leading our response to incidents and events. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues internally and external stakeholders. This is an exciting time for us to build our strength in this area as new technologies, new tram stop, and the control room environment are developed.
Our team of five Network Managers, will have the opportunity to shape and introduce new initiatives to improve the customer experience on our Network, working with our experienced teams to deliver operational excellence.
