Are you passionate about improving service delivery and supporting passenger growth on our public transport network?
At Supertram, we're introducing an exciting new Network Manager role at the heart of our Operations Control Centre (OCC), where you’ll play a key part in supporting safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations every day.
In this role, you’ll help drive real-time performance, support safety compliance, and lead operational responses to incidents and events as they happen. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external partners, contributing your ideas and expertise to keep our network moving smoothly for everyone who relies on it.
This is an especially exciting time to join us. As we invest in new technologies, develop our control room environment, and expand our network infrastructure you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we operate in the future.
As part of a supportive team of five Network Managers, you’ll help introduce new initiatives that improve the customer experience across our network. Working alongside experienced and welcoming colleagues, you’ll contribute to delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement for our passengers and communities.
